Doctor of Physical Therapy

Certified Dry Needling Therapist

Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

Thompson Method Breastfeeding Practitioner

I attained my BA in Psychology from Arcadia University in 2011 and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2014. I have completed additional training to receive my certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling, as well as my Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. I have worked in large outpatient clinics, but decided to begin working in a more personalized setting after having my son in 2019. Life for busy parents can be stressful! Easing that burden by providing care in your home or at my office, where I can spend the entire hour focused on you (and not other patients), allows me to provide care in the way I always wanted to.

My approach to treatment focuses on the whole person and finding the cause of your symptoms, providing you a long term solution rather than a short term fix. I take pride in providing compassionate care that meets YOUR needs and goals. With two kids of my own, I am passionate about providing care that moms deserve in the prenatal and postpartum (and beyond!) stages. If it matters to you, it matters to me!

I have also completed further training in breastfeeding support techniques in order to help moms struggling with painful breastfeeding to be able to breastfeed as long as they choose for their unique journey. I practice the Thompson Method, a gentle approach to feeding your baby, which allowed me to breastfeed my second child for a year painfree after a difficult and painful experience with my first child. I would love to help you make your breastfeeding journey beautiful!

The “Why” Behind Natural Fit…

The best advice I ever got as a PT student?

“Listen to your patients - they will tell you what is wrong.”

Credit to my ortho professor, Dr. McClure, for that one. It has become a central aspect of how I practice. A core aspect that is missing in our healthcare system today is the ability to spend time with and listen to patients. I pride myself in being that provider - listening to your struggles and goals to provide the compassionate care you deserve.

I’ve been there.

I was the student athlete who was given basic exercises instead of a thorough evaluation - leading me to shoulder surgery at age 21.

I was the breastfeeding mom who struggled with pain and low supply, only to be told “pain is normal in the beginning” (it isn’t) and “baby just has a high palate” (yes, they all do!). But I was given no real solution.

And I want to change that for you.

I want to be the provider to work with you to hear your struggles, figure out the source of the issue, help you meet your goals, and be there to celebrate your wins along the way!
