Are you struggling with…

Leaking when coughing, sneezing, or exercising?

Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is common among pregnant or postpartum moms, athletes and those who lift, and during perimenopause and menopause. Common does not mean normal, however, and we can help!

Pelvic pressure or prolapse?

A whole body approach is important to find all the factors contributing to pelvic heaviness or prolapse. Putting all the pieces together will help to resolve your symptoms and improve daily life.

Pregnancy hip, back, or round ligament pain?

Whether you are having pregnancy aches and pains, want to prepare for a VBAC (vaginal birth after c section), or are simply looking for guidance on a healthy pregnancy and delivery, we can support you throughout your journey.

Postpartum weakness or diastasis recti?

Dealing with abdominal separation can be uncomfortable and contribute to back and hip pain as well. The pelvic floor and how it works with the other muscles in your core can often be the missing piece in lingering symptoms.

Painful intercourse or difficulty inserting a tampon?

From painful periods to fertility issues to pain with intimacy, we’ve seen it all. You deserve comfort, safety, and enjoyment. Whether your goals are to have pain free intercourse or to have pain free gynecologic exams, we can help.

Hypermobility and pain or pelvic floor tightness?

Hypermobility (“bendy” or “loose” joints) is a common cause of pain and tightness throughout the body, including your pelvic floor. Hypermobility is also more highly correlated with neurodivergence, which can lead to more difficulty feeling these muscles work in your body. We’ve worked with many people just like you to help finally find those muscles and experience relief.

Compassionate Care Tailored To You

Every session is one-on-one and an hour long, allowing us to truly get to know you and create care that fits your unique needs, instead of a one-size-fits-all plan. By blending movement, mindset, and your body’s natural changes, we help you build strength and confidence through every stage of life.

Listening That Heals with a Root Cause Approach

We take time to listen, understand, and address your concerns so you feel seen and supported, not like just another number in the system. We look beyond symptoms to uncover the real source of your pain, so your results last, not just mask the problem. And we won’t give up until we help you get answers.

Empowerment Through Education

We believe knowledge is power. Understanding your body and the “why” behind each exercise helps you take charge of your healing.

Comfort That Heals

Our calm, private environment provides the space to recover and reconnect, without the noise or busy gyms.
